Reporting to the production supervisor the roles involve the production of a wide range of GMP, non-sterile clinical and commercial pharmaceutical products. Hours of work can vary and will be both days, weekends and shift work.
Day to day activities will include responsibility for compliance to good manufacturing practise (GMP) standards, area and equipment maintenance, dispensing, manufacturing, packaging and warehousing activities. Experience in room set up, dispensing and blending activities, capsule filling, bottle filling as well as tabletting, capsule banding and coating. Solid dose and oral liquid experience with such processing techniques as granulation, compression, capsule filling, bulk liquid manufacture and filling are required.
A thorough understanding of the principles and execution of GMP and health and safety within a pharmaceutical production environment is essential.
